Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Details

Customers who purchase and successfully register eligible Havells Water Heater models on havells.com / Havells One App during the Offer Period shall be eligible to receive a complimentary Hair Dryer through a unique voucher code redemption mechanism, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Offer Period

• Product Purchase Invoice Date must fall between 2nd October 2026 and 10th November 2026 (both days inclusive).
  
• Product Registration must be completed within 30 days from the invoice date.
• Voucher redemption shall remain open until 10 December 2026.

3. Eligible Products

The offer is valid only on the following Havells Water Heater series:

• Magnatron Series
• Smart Series
• Dual Element Series

Havells reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or replace eligible SKUs at its sole discretion without prior notice.

4. Eligible Channels

This offer is applicable only on products purchased through:

• Trade Channel
• Modern Format Retail (MFR)

The offer is not applicable on purchases made through:

• Havells.com
• Havells One App
• Amazon
• Flipkart
• CSD / CPC
• Project order billing
• Any other online/e-commerce marketplace or digital channel

5. Eligibility Criteria

A customer shall become eligible for the offer only when:

• The purchased product belongs to the eligible Water Heater series mentioned above.
• The purchase invoice falls within the Offer Period.
• Product registration is completed within 30 days of invoice date.
• Registration details are successfully verified by Havells.
• Product registration status is marked as “Approved” in Havells systems.

6. Voucher Issuance

Upon successful verification and approval of the Product Registration, a unique voucher code shall be generated and assigned to the customer's registered mobile number.

Voucher codes shall be automatically communicated through one or more of the following channels:

• WhatsApp
• SMS
• Customer Care Support

If the Product Registration status is marked as “Pending for Approval”, the customer may receive a communication informing them that voucher eligibility verification is under process and the voucher code will be shared after successful approval.

7. Voucher Entitlement

• A maximum of three (3) voucher codes may be issued against a single mobile number during the Offer Period.
• Each voucher code is unique and can be redeemed only once.
• Voucher codes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Redemption Process

• Eligible customers will receive a redemption URL along with the voucher code.
• The voucher code can only be redeemed on the designated Havells redemption webpage.
• The redemption SKU and redemption webpage are exclusively created for this campaign and may not be publicly discoverable on Havells digital properties.
• Customers must enter the unique voucher code during checkout to redeem the complimentary Hair Dryer.

9. Redemption Conditions

• Voucher codes shall be treated as a payment instrument for the designated redemption product and not as a discount coupon.
• Only one voucher code may be used per redemption transaction unless expressly permitted by Havells.
• Voucher codes cannot be combined with:
  • Havells Loyalty Points
  • Loyalty Vouchers
  • Any other promotional voucher, coupon, cashback, or offer

10. Voucher Validity

• All voucher codes shall remain valid until 10 December 2026.
• Any unused voucher code shall automatically expire after the validity period and shall not be extended, reissued, refunded, or compensated.

11. Verification & Fraud Prevention

Havells reserves the right to:

• Verify invoice details, registration information, customer identity, and purchase authenticity.
• Reject any claim found to be incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious.
• Cancel voucher codes issued due to system error, misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Product Availability

• Redemption is subject to availability of the designated Hair Dryer SKU.
• In the event of stock unavailability, Havells reserves the right to offer an alternate product of equivalent value or modify the fulfilment mechanism without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Havells shall not be responsible for incorrect mobile numbers, failed message delivery, network issues, system downtime, customer entry errors, or any delay caused by third-party service providers.
• Havells' decision regarding eligibility, verification, voucher issuance, and redemption shall be final and binding.

14. Modification / Discontinuation

Havells reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, cancel, extend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
• Amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.

15. General

• Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Havells reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the offer terms.
• All disputes arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi/NCR.
