Redemption Process

• Visit https://havellsfestiveoffers.com/onam/
• Enter: Promotional Code, Name (as per bank), Mobile, Email, City & State
• Upload invoice (dated within offer period)
• Choose Cashback mode: NEFT (Bank A/C + IFSC) or Amazon Wallet
• Submit the form for verification.
• Upon successful verification of your invoice, we will send a code and a web link to your registered mobile number within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Visit the provided redemption URL and follow the instructions to claim your assured Cashback.

Terms & Conditions

• Offer valid from 15th July’2026 to 31st August’2026; Last Date to redeem the Gift is 30th September’ 2026.
• This offer is valid for residents of India who are 18 years of age and above.
• Applicable on Purchase of any individual SDA product worth ₹ 4 000/-  or more in a single invoice from authorized Havells outlets anywhere in Kerala during the offer period.
• One scratch card per invoice; one redemption per customer (per mobile number, email ID, and payment method).
• Each eligible customer can win only one gift through the scratch card – either a Cashback of ₹ 151/-, Bluetooth Earbuds (MRP: ₹ 15 000/-), Tablet MRP (₹ 65 000/-) or Smartphone MRP (₹ 90 000/-) as revealed upon scratching.
• The gift revealed is final and cannot be exchanged, altered, or converted.
• Only original, clear, and valid invoices will be accepted; handwritten, altered, or unclear invoices will be rejected.
• All gifts will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulations, as and when applicable. If any gift item is subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), the winners may be required to complete KYC and bear applicable taxes (e.g., Gift Tax, TDS), the winners will be responsible for bearing the TDS amount and it should be paid upon request before dispatching the gift.
• Offer not valid for Havells employees, dealers, distributors, or trade partners.
• Havells and its authorized agency reserve the right to verify entries, reject invalid submissions, substitute equivalent rewards, or modify the offer without prior notice.
• Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or misuse the redemption process will lead to disqualification and legal action if required.
• Products are also available without free gifts.
• Any disputes, if arising, will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court, to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
