Registration Process

  • Visit https://lloydfestiveoffer.com/tn/ 
  • Enter: Mobile, Email id, Promotional Code, Name, City & State
  • The Promotional Code is the unique code printed on the Lloyd Festival of Fortune scratch card issued with an eligible purchase and is required for registration and validation of the Offer
  • Upload a scanned image or photograph of the Product Invoice dated within the Offer Period.
  • Submit the form for verification.
  • Upon successful verification of the invoice, a redemption code and web link will be sent to the registered mobile number within 24 to 48 business hours, subject to system availability.
  • Visit the provided redemption URL and follow the instructions to claim the Assured Cashback of ₹400/-

 

Steps to REDEEM Benefit Vouchers (Deals & Discounts)

  • Visit https://lloydfestiveoffer.com/TN on or before 10th December 2026.
  • Enter the same registered mobile number and follow the online instructions.
  • Click on the “Redeem Your Deals” option to check and redeem available Benefit Vouchers (Deals & Discounts).
  • Click on “View Details” to check the redemption process and terms applicable to a particular deal. Click “Redeem Now” to obtain the applicable offer code. All offer codes must be redeemed within 30 days of fetching the respective code, subject to the terms of the participating brand.
  • Benefit Vouchers are separate and distinct from the ₹400 Assured Cashback and comprise deals and discounts offered by selected participating brands on their products or services.
  • Each eligible customer will also have access to Benefit Vouchers (Deals & Discounts) offering benefits up to ₹15 000/-  subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective participating brands.
  • Some deals may take up to 24 hours to activate after submitting the request.
  • Benefit Vouchers may include deals and discounts across personal care, entertainment, health & fitness, online shopping, food & beverages and pharmacy categories in selected cities by participating brands. Please read the specific terms displayed for each offer before redemption. Participating brands, offers, categories and benefits may change or be withdrawn in accordance with the respective brand terms and policies.

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer Period: The Offer is valid from 2nd October 2026 to 10th November 2026. The last date to claim/redeem the ₹ 400/- Assured Cashback is 10th December 2026.
  2. Eligibility: This Offer is valid for residents of India aged 18 years and above who make an eligible purchase in Tamil Nadu during the Offer Period.
  3. Eligible Purchase: The Offer is applicable on purchase of any Lloyd product from authorized Havells/Lloyd outlets in Tamil Nadu only during the Offer Period.
  4. Offer Benefits: Subject to successful verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions, each eligible customer shall be entitled to both: (a) one Assured Cashback of ₹400/- and (b) access to Benefit Vouchers (Deals & Discounts) offering benefits up to ₹15 000/-  subject to availability and the individual terms and conditions of participating brands.
  5. Distinction Between Benefits: The ₹ 400/- Assured Cashback is separate and distinct from the Benefit Vouchers (Deals & Discounts). Benefit Vouchers are not cashback and represent deals or discounts offered by participating brands on their respective products or services.
  6. Promotional Code: The unique Promotional Code printed on the Lloyd Festival of Fortune scratch card issued with an eligible purchase must be entered on the Offer website for registration and validation. Each valid Promotional Code may be used only once.
  7. Redemption Limit / Duplicate Claims: One Promotional Code per eligible invoice and one redemption per customer shall be permitted, irrespective of the number of products purchased or invoices generated. Duplicate claims may be identified using one or more customer identifiers, including the registered mobile number, email ID, UPI/payment details, name/address and/or other information submitted during registration and verification.
  8. Invoice and Additional Verification: Only original, clear and valid invoices will be accepted. Havells and/or its authorized agency, CNPL, reserve the right to seek additional information or supporting documents reasonably required to verify the purchase, customer identity and eligibility. Handwritten, illegible, incomplete, altered, duplicated, fraudulent, cancelled, returned, refunded, unclear or otherwise invalid invoices may be rejected.
  9. Verification Decision: The decision of Havells and/or its authorized agency, CNPL, regarding verification, claim validity and eligibility shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
  10. Cashback Payout Timeline: Upon successful verification and completion of the cashback claim process, the ₹ 400/- Assured Cashback shall be processed within 2 to 3 business days from the date on which the customer successfully submits complete and valid payment details required for payout.
  11. Cashback Payout: Cashback may be paid through UPI, Bank Transfer or Amazon Wallet, as applicable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and valid payment details. CNPL shall not be responsible for delays or payout failures arising from incorrect, incomplete or invalid details submitted by the customer.
  12. Fraud, Misrepresentation, Duplicate Claims and Technical Errors: Havells and/or its authorized agency, CNPL, reserve the right to withhold, cancel or recover any cashback, Benefit Voucher, deal or discount incorrectly issued or claimed due to fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate claims, misuse, technical/system errors or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  13. Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate or misuse the registration or redemption process may result in disqualification from the Offer and cancellation/recovery of applicable benefits, in addition to any action available under applicable law.
  14. Exclusions: The Offer is not valid for Havells employees, dealers, distributors or trade partners.
  15. Offer Administration: Havells and its authorized agency, CNPL, reserve the right to verify entries and reject invalid submissions, and may modify, suspend or withdraw the Offer in the event of fraud, technical issues, force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
  16. Third-Party Benefit Vouchers: Benefit Vouchers (Deals & Discounts) are provided by participating third-party brands and are governed by the specific terms and conditions displayed for each offer at the time of redemption. Availability and value of such benefits may vary, subject to the overall advertising benefit of up to ₹ 15 000/-.
  17. Force Majeure: Havells shall not be liable for any delay or failure in fulfilling this Offer due to events beyond its reasonable control.
  18. Personal Information: By participating in this Offer, customers consent to the collection, processing and use of personal information required for administering, verifying and fulfilling the Offer, in accordance with applicable law and Havells’ Privacy Policy.
