Terms and conditions For Payment On Delivery  

1. Payment Modes Accepted: 

  • Pay on Delivery is available via Cash, UPI or Card (Debit/Credit) at the time of delivery, depending on the serviceability by the courier partner. 
  • In some pin codes, only Pre-paid orders will be accepted.  

2. Order Value Limit: 

  • Pay on Delivery is available for orders with a total value of ₹ 750 to ₹ 9 999/-
  • Orders exceeding this limit must be prepaid via online payment methods. 

 3. Service Availability: 

  • This option is available only for select pin codes based on courier coverage and eligibility. 
  • If unavailable for your address, please choose from available online payment methods.  

4. Order Confirmation: 

  • All Pay on Delivery orders are subject to phone number confirmation. Failure to confirm may lead to automatic cancellation.  

5. Shipping and Delivery: 

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability. 
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the product at the delivery address. 
  • COD orders may require confirmation via phone call or other means to ensure the customer is available to receive the order.  
  • Estimated Delivery may vary.

 6. Non-Acceptance at Delivery: 

  • Repeated refusal to accept Pay on Delivery orders may result in temporary or permanent suspension of this payment option for your account.

7. Product Return & Refund: 

  • Returns for Pay on Delivery orders will be eligible as per our standard return policy, more information about policy please click on https://havells.com/returns-and-cancellations-policy.
  • Refunds for returns will be made via bank transfer after successful product pickup.  
  • In case consumer receives a damaged product or has not received any product,  then he may raise a query by contacting customer care through Customer Care No.: 08045811290 and E-mail:  support.ecom@havells.com

8. Fraud Prevention: 

  • Havells reserves the right to cancel or restrict Pay on Delivery orders at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or high-risk transactions, more information about policy please click on https://havells.com/disclaimer.  

9. No Exchange at Doorstep: 

  • The delivery personnel will not facilitate exchanges or modifications to the order. Only the original confirmed order will be delivered 

10.  Exact Amount : 

  • Customers should be prepared to pay the exact amount due, as change may not always be available 

11.  Additional Charges: 

  • Havells will charge a fee of ₹ 29 for COD to offset the extra costs associated with this payment method.  

12.  Customer detail Mismatch:

  • In case Bank details are not matching as per customer Order name or Invoice customer refund will not be possible under cyber security clause. 
  • These Terms of Delivery and Payment apply for all future contractual relationships between the contracting parties without any explicit reference being made to this fact in individual cases. 
  • Alterations and additions to the contract become effective only when acknowledged by us in writing
