1. This promotion (“Program”) is organised by Havells India Ltd. (“Promoter”) and managed by Pine Labs Limited (”Partner Agency”).

2. The Program will be valid from 00:00:01 hours on 3rd Oct’ 2026 to 23:59:59 hours on 15th Nov‘ 2026. The last date to register 25th Nov’ 2026 till 23:59:59 hours and the last date to claim the reward is 5th Dec’ 2026 till 23:59:59 hours.

3. This Program is open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above. Participation is subject to applicable laws.

4. This offer/program is valid Pan-India, excluding the State of Tamil Nadu.

5. This offer is applicable on Havells Fans, Water Heaters, Air Coolers, Water Purifiers, SDA (Small Domestic Appliances/ Kitchen Appliances), Personal Grooming, Consumer Lighting, Automation and Switches (EWA)- All categories.

6. Each Unique Code printed on this scratch card is valid for single use only. Once redeemed, the code cannot be reused.

7. One registered mobile number is eligible to participate only once during the Program period.

8. Employees, directors, associates, and immediate family members of Havells, its dealers, distributors, and Pine Labs Limited are not eligible to participate.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be misusing, tampering with, or duplicating scratch cards or Unique Codes.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw this Program at any time without prior notice.

11. Havells India Ltd. and Pine Labs Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure arising due to technical issues, network disruption, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

13. In case of any dispute, the courts of Delhi shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Participation in this Program is voluntary and free of charge. No additional purchase or fee is required to claim a reward, other than as stated herein.

15.Lucky winner/s will be eligible to win 5 g Gold Vouchers / 20 g Gold Vouchers as per the winner selection criteria. Gift Tax as applicable will be deducted at source.
